
Rehab se wapas aane ke baad asal challenge shuru hota hai. Relapse (phir se nasha shuru kar dena) ek aam baat hai, lekin is se bacha ja sakta hai agar sahi strategies (रणनीतियाँ) apnayi jayein.
Relapse Ke 3 Stages Hote Hain
1. **Emotional Relapse:** Vyakti nasha karne ke baare mein nahi soch raha, lekin uska behaviour (gussa, akele rehna, theek se na khana/sona) usko relapse ki taraf le ja raha hai.
2. **Mental Relapse:** Vyakti ke dimaag mein jang chal rahi hoti hai. Ek hissa nasha karna chahta hai aur dusra hissa nahi. Woh purane dino ko yaad karta hai.
3. **Physical Relapse:** Jab vyakti actually nasha kar leta hai.
Relapse Se Bachne Ke Tarike (बचाव के तरीके)
1. Apne Triggers Ko Pehchanein
Wo log, jagah, ya situations jo aapko nasha karne ki yaad dilate hain, unse door rahein. (Jaise purane nashedi doston se doori).
2. Support Group Se Jude Rahein
Rehab ke baad bhi support groups (jaise AA ya NA meetings) attend karna bahut zaroori hai. Yahan aapko apne jaise log milte hain jo aapko samajhte hain.
3. Nayi Hobbies Banayein
Khali dimaag shaitan ka ghar hota hai. Apne aap ko kaam, sports, ya kisi nayi hobby mein busy rakhein jisse dimaag nashe ki taraf na jaye.
4. Self-Care (खुद का ध्यान रखना)
Healthy khana, acchi neend, aur regular exercise (yoga/meditation) aapki physical aur mental health ko strong rakhte hain jisse cravings kam hoti hain.
5. Professional Help Lena
Agar lag raha hai ki cravings out of control ho rahi hain, toh bina sharam ke apne counsellor (काउंसलर) se baat karein.
