1. Follow Your Aftercare Plan
Discharge ke waqt counsellor jo aftercare plan (follow-up meetings, dawaiyan) dete hain, use strictly follow karein. Ise kabhi skip na karein.
2. Purane Doston Se Doori (Avoid Triggers)
Un logon aur un jagahon se bilkul door rahein jahan aap nasha karte the. "Main sirf milne ja raha hoon, piunga nahi" — yeh overconfidence aksar relapse ka karan banta hai.
3. Naya Routine Banayein (Healthy Routine)
Roz subah jaldi uthein, yoga ya exercise karein, time par khana khayein, aur apne kaam/padhai par dhyan dein. Busy rehne se cravings kam aati hain.
4. Support Group Attend Karein
AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) ya NA (Narcotics Anonymous) ki meetings mein zaroor jayein. Wahan aapko aise log milenge jo aapki struggle samajhte hain.
5. Parivar Se Jude Rahein (Stay Connected)
Apni feelings apne family members se share karein. Agar kabhi nashe ki ichcha (craving) ho, toh use chhupayein nahi, balki turant apne sponsor ya counsellor ko call karein.
